Briefed to reduce Supply Chain complexity, increase manufacturing flexibility and enhance line throughputs, iDi Pac redesigned a vial decoration and secondary packaging system meeting the brief fully.

Outcomes were significant; increased line throughputs >100%, reduced components counts 150 to 3, Brand consistency improved and the utilisation of a number of novel features to take advantage of digital print on demand technologies. Product security was further enhanced through novel design, implementing an A/C strategy all whilst delivering an extension to the product life by improving patient trust and confidence in the market place.
