Our clients frequently need specialist ‘top up’ support. A recent project for a manufacturer of sports nutrition products is enjoying ever-increasing sales and requires support to bridge resource gaps and to own rather than ‘outsource’ the packaging development process to ensure continuity of service.
iDi Pac has provided quality resources as site implants with the experience and culture fit to meet the demands of internal customers & project teams and to coach improved performance from the internal staff and other service providers.
Our scope included assessment and evaluation of existing working methods, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing associated changes. Project management is provided on a daily basis, which has facilitated faster project turnover and improved launch lead-times.
An important part of our deployment is to manage the transition from our role as supporting consultants to the training & establishment of new permanent packaging resources.
