A multinational client of ours approached us with the desire to design a series of high-fidelity potential label mock-ups for to utilise as primary assets in a market research campaign aimed at gauging the needs and desires of their client base in pursuit of a later stage of development that would see them create a ‘best in class’ (BIC) label.

Our team saw to doing the research of existing market trends in this department, as well as potential future techniques such as the introduction of smart technologies to supplement information quantity available to users and designed a spectrum of potential labels for the research team and clients to utilise – feedback received as a result was extremely positive and helpful, clearly defining for our client the ‘do’s don’ts and desires’ of what would become the basis of the final stage in developing a future-ready best in class label.
