Our client, a manufacturer of sports nutrition products is enjoying ever-increasing sales and requires support to bridge resourcing gaps and to own the packaging development process to ensure continuity of service.
iDi Pac has provided quality resources based on site with the experience and culture fit to meet demands of internal customers & project teams and to coach improved performance from service providers.
Our scope includes assessment and evaluation of existing working methods, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing associated changes. Project management is provided on a daily basis, which has facilitated faster project turnover and improved launch lead-times.
